We use Royal Mail. Which is the most reliable. We ship items the very next day and it should reach your country with in 7 working days from the date of shipment excluding holidays. After that the courier of your country handles it. They may delive sooner or later. We don't take any responsibility if you choose standard shipping at the check out and your item is lost. that way u can't track Your item. We do offer tracked shipping metho for your peace of mind. If you chose standard shipping method which comes without tracking info & unfortunately your item is lost in the transit. We do not take any responsibility for that. Neither do we offer any refunds.

We are not liable for items lost. We always obtain proof of postage. And we highly recommend to use a tracked shipping method.
8. Do you accept returns or exchange?
We hope that you are happy with your order. However if you are not satisfied, you may return any item in it's original. unopened packaging in an unused condition within 30 working days.
- Please ensure that it is in it's original form. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
- Due to the nature of these products being cosmetics, for health and safety reasons we do not accept any returns or provide any refund on any orders unless the item are sealed in its original packaging and in and unused unopened condition and any postage costs for returned item are at customers expenses.

9. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If goods you recieved are damaged/faulty/incorrect, Please email us at email@example.com with a photograph of the product with your order number and we will inspect it and do the best as we can to offer a replacement as per our guidelines.

Why is the liquid in the bottle thick ?
Why does my bottle have less product?
🛑Your bottle does not have any less product. We use big bottles for 10ml liquid to move around easily.
As we fill in the bottle., The liquid sticks to the walls of the bottle, once you insert the applicator some liquid sticks to it aswel and a lot goes inside the dropper which gives an illusion that the bottle is half. Our drops are very thick in consistency to work as (multifunctional)and they set into a thick liquid in cold weather, you need to shake them well and leave them in a room temperature for sometime for them to set into a runny consistency. This will unify all the product completely for a smooth application . We guarantee you that each bottle has 10ml in it. if you have any questions let us know and feel free to ask anytime
11. Duties & Taxes
As smart as we are, countries may impose a custom duty import tax on goods from abroad.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for such.
If you are unable to pay these duties, the package will be returned to us and you will be refunded once we recieve your package within 30 days upon receipt.
However we do not accept liability for any delay on deliveries caused by third party.
